Business-making for Social Justice!

For Philadelphia students grades 6 to 12

Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30

May 4, 11, 18, 25

Starting a business isn't always about making money. Sometimes creating a business can be about helping the people within your community. This workshop will teach you how you can bridge the gap between social justice and your own business goals. We'll show you what kinds of opportunities are out there and some of the tools you'll need in order to become a Social Entrepreneur! All who participate will have the opportunity to help create a coffee shop for the Advocate during the End of the Year Showcase and Block Party on June 11th.
